"I paid for ant remediation in mid April. To date we still have ants. When we continued to see ants after the first treatment, Quality came out a couple of times more to try inside baiting with gel. I was told respraying outside is not necessary and then later told a respray is not legal in Ohio. I could not find verification of such a law. Today would have been their 4th time to come to my house, I stayed home during their 5 hour window but no one came. I bought several refills of the same brand bait stations (they included 2 bait station traps in my cost) to keep fighting ants on my own. Their service has not solved my ant problem. This is for Quality pest control in Columbus, Ohio"

"Worked with them to remove racoons from my chimney. They came out, put two traps on the ground, and left them for 2 days, then came back to pick them up and got nothing. When I called several times to get a response to why they didn't finish the job, we were handed off several times and they promised to get back with us. Never heard from them. Weeks have passed and no luck to get back with them. This company is incredibly irresponsible and should not be trusted. They charged us before doing the job as well, big red flag for a company."

"Stryker was able to control our ant problem when other companies couldn't! We had multiple colonies and I really appreciated the thoughtful approach John took for diagnosing and treating the problem. This company is definitely not a one trick pony they are knowledgeable about a diversity of strategies to combat different types of ants. Everyone at the company we interacted with was lovely. I very much preferred working with their booking agent rather than the big name companies with automated scheduling. Will definitely be using Stryker again now for maintenance!"

Both sentences could mean the same thing, however I like you best. I like chocolate best, better than anything else can be used when what one is choosing from is not specified I like you the best. It's best that he bought it yesterday. or It's good that he bought it yesterday. 2a has a quite different meaning, implying that what is being approved of is not that the purchase be made, but that he is the one to make it. 3 "It's best (if) he (not) buy it tomorrow." is not a subjunctive form, and some options do not work well.
Your example already shows how to use "best" as an adverb. It is also a superlative, like "greatest", or "highest", so just as you would use it as an adjective to show that something is the ultimate example of it's kind when used as an adverb you do so to indicate that the adjective it precedes is to the highest degree possible. In your example "experienced" is the past tense of the verb to ...
