"Worked with them to remove racoons from my chimney. They came out, put two traps on the ground, and left them for 2 days, then came back to pick them up and got nothing. When I called several times to get a response to why they didn't finish the job, we were handed off several times and they promised to get back with us. Never heard from them. Weeks have passed and no luck to get back with them. This company is incredibly irresponsible and should not be trusted. They charged us before doing the job as well, big red flag for a company."

"We had Terminix treat our home for termites in August 2023. We did not authorize the subscription service/warranty that charges an annual fee. We paid the entire amount (1774.50) for the treatment at the time we received it. We recentry received a collection letter and many emails from them stating we were past due on our annual service billing to the amount of 293.48 which we were never billed for and did not authorize. I have called the sales representative and he says we did not sign up for that service and to contact Terminix to fix it. After contacting them through Chat line and phone calls we are still receiving notice, even after we have been told it's an error and an easy fix. This is a warning to potential customers as I continue fighting this charge."
