We had a fantastic trekking in the Sa Pa fields with Sung. We stayed at his house and learned to cook with him and his wife. The place was very cozy and the views in the morning were breathtaking! An…Full review by lauraCC_91

Hello, I have tried to send email to you twice but I have received back an email saying “not delivery”, do you have another email address ? Thanks in advance, Aline

Hi. You can contact them on Facebook, just look for hmongfamilytrekking (Tripadvisor doesn't accept the link...). Regards, Dominik
We would like to book a tour with you but nobody answers the Phone or the E-Mails. We arrive in Sapa in the morning on the 19th of April and would like to start the Tour the same day. Is that possible?

They are possibly out treking & mobile coverage is limited in some areas. It is a husband & wife team, lovely couple.
Do not know why Chan and company's website seem to lose contact. I wrote many email but no one respond. Any one knows the reason? wonder if I should approach other company

I know that sometimes they are on treks and cannot check the emails until they are back with Wifi. It might be something like that? We had a similar situation where we didn't hear from them after our first email so after a few days we phoned and spoke directly to Chan to get things organised.
Hi Chan, I will be coming to Sapa during the last week of December. While I am fairly fit (I am 58) I don't like a lot of walking down/up steep hills. I am very interested in local crafts and meeting/seeing people in their own environment. I am currently in Hanoi and would have approximately 1 week to visit Sapa and the surrounding regions. What would you suggest for me? Thanks, Gina

Thank you. I didn't realise you had a web-site. I will be in touch when I work out what I'm doing. Gina
