Beautiful garden in a gorgeous setting. Learned a lot about native plants and culture. Good views. Probably spent about 1.5 hours seeing the garden. Would recommend.Full review by melindag168

There is an Admission cost ( which we didn’t have to pay as we are members of the National Botanical Gardens...) and so I am afraid that I don’t remember .

I don't feel it's handicap accessible. If you are looking for a graden on the North Shore, I can recommend Na Aina Kai, they have several different paths and some are probably accessible.
Is it kids-friendly? We have a 3 year old daughter. Can we take the stroller there? Thank you.

You might want to go to their sister garden in the southern part of the island. It's the NTBS Allerton Garden. It's a lovely stroll as the gardens were planted by the Allerton's as outdoor rooms. Perfect for the entire family. I wouldn't rule out Limahuli either as it is dependent on your child's willingness to walk. The upper portions of the gardens, where you have the beautiful sweeping views require following a path and stairs up the hill. The tour is self guided so you could see what works for your family.
