Richard Glossip will be prosecuted again but no longer faces a possible death sentence. The former death row inmate had three last meals, the last time in 2015 before his execution was called off after a doctor realized the wrong heart-stopping drug had been delivered.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said his office will seek a sentence of life in prison for Richard Glossip.
