Forms is a web application that can be used to create polls, surveys, quizzes, and tests — essentially, any form in which you want to capture data from other users.

Microsoft Unfortunately, the new app doesn't ship with OneDrive's neat offline mode feature. You'll need a stable internet connection to create forms and make changes.
