The GPS and LoRa gear is all mounted on a secondary “wing” PCB that slots directly on to the PowerFeather like a Arduino shield or Raspberry Pi HAT.

Arduino has two new boards out which deliver connectivity - the Arduino MKR WAN 1300 (LoRa) and the Arduino MKR GSM 1400.
