The family of a man who died after falling under a Maryland Transit Administration bus and getting hit by it is speaking out.
PM on Tuesday in the 100 block of West Fayette Street. The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say it happened just before 3 p.m. at East 167th Street and Grand Concourse. Two 11-year-old girls were crossing the street when an MTA bus driven by a 57-year-old operator collided with them.
The 46-year-old female victim was seated on the bus in the vicinity of Battery Place and Greenwich Street, police said.
