Texas Attorney General announces he has filed a lawsuit against Roblox for allegedly putting profits above the safety of children on its platform.

The lawsuit claims the game prioritizes financial gain over children’s welfare and is at fault for allowing the sexual exploitation of a minor.

A Cuyahoga County mother filed a lawsuit against the popular app, Roblox, alleging that the game created a breeding ground for predators and failed to provide safeguards for children like her son.

Texas AG Ken Paxton has filed suit against Roblox, claiming the company is putting “pixel pedophiles and profits" over the safety of Texas children. Roblox says it has introduced over 145 safety measures this year alone.
