A family is suing, alleging their 22-year-old son, Christopher Hawley, suffered a fatal brain injury while riding a roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain

Christopher Hawley, 22, died after sustaining severe head injuries from the X2 roller coaster at Magic Mountain, a lawsuit said. The family is looking for answers and is suing for negligence, they said.
