You can apply for these benefits if you had to leave Ukraine because of the invasion and you have been granted humanitarian parole status in the U.S. You must have been paroled between February 24, 2022 – September 30, 2023.

Florida for Ukraine became the leading pro-Ukrainian organization in Florida, and one of the top Ukrainian organizations in the US. Since the beginning of the war, FL4UA managed to send more than 40 tons of humanitarian and medical aid and hundreds of shipments of special protective equipment to our defenders.
