Feb 26, 2023 · Yeah, dude went from trash tier dude who got into the gym from pure perseverance, worked so hard that his nickname was from puking so hard from working, got swole af, then proceeded to destroy gyms with a jank combination of trickery and brute force.

Barf-michi is criminally underutilized. His durability, power, and will are all standard infighting attributes but what I liked about his character was his intimidating factor. If we could see how he would’ve reacted to Ippo losing and eventually retiring …

In general terms Barf-michi worked way harder than Itagaki and truly idolized Ippo. Itagaki idolizes Ippo for the sake of beating his rival. But we all know Gaki would mop the floor in a fight.
