Kelly Beau Neelan is the teenage daughter of notorious loan shark Rick Neelan and ex-foster daughter of Imran Habeeb and Toyah Battersby. Following her father's disappearance in 2019, Kelly began questioning one of his associates, Gary Windass, about his whereabouts.

She is best known for portraying Kelly Neelan in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street from 2019 to 2022, and Ruby Sunday in the BBC-Disney+ co-production science-fiction series Doctor Who since 2023.
