The District operates 13 schools, providing world-class education to students from kindergarten to 8th grade. Continuing a tradition of high academic achievement, Westside has seven schools that have earned California Distinguished School, CSBA Golden Bell or Gold Ribbon School status.

Del Sur Elementary School opened in August of 2008. As a new school, we are beginning to build a culture of excellence. Our school is built on the notion of educating children for the world of the 21st century.

The remaining elementary sites will have trainers-of-teachers trained by the start of the 2015 – 2016 school year. Teachers and administrators at six sites continued their professional learning and coaching around direct explicit instruction with the TESS Consulting Group.
