Nov 23, 2020 · From a technical standpoint, it's both, it's Enel and Eneru because Japanese doesn't have any L in their alphabet, the closest sound/usage is R while it's trying to represent the foreign L. Hence why you have Enel/Eneru or Luffy instead of Ruffy.
