Oct 18, 2022 · Like many of you, my shop received 23 suspicious orders at 5:15 PM, Oct 18,2022, all for In-Person sales conducted in Brooklyn, NY. I was not in Brooklyn and unable to conduct a sale at the time and date stated. All of items were valid in my Square account and NOT available in my Etsy shop. Square support could not find any record of these orders.

Feb 21, 2020 · I have had six orders come through from six different guest accounts in Miami. The orders were all for bulk quantity of the same item, but using a combination of different names and addresses in Miami. Etsy rejected five orders immediately, but one did go through as a valid order and was supposed to ship today.

So something wacky is going on in my shop and orders keep disappearing. When i search by name only a portion of orders are coming up. I have one customer who placed 6 orders and wants them combined. When i search by her name it says 7 orders but the only ones that show up are a completed order an...

The new Etsy edition is very time consuming and frustrating. For a large volume shop like mine the Orders and Shipping sort function does not work. If you try to see how many like item orders need to be shipped it randomly lists items not by date or newest or oldest.

Order #1090499025 was placed on April 1st for $94.50 and is still sitting in my processing orders. I also placed an order, #1088988094, for $64 and for the first time since I've been using direct checkout to purchase on etsy I received an email saying that my transaction was still processing.

Put it in a spreadsheet and find the orders that $35 or more. Add all of that shipping together and divide by your total sales for that period. That’s all you need to raise your prices to cover this.

Sep 4, 2018 · Over the Labor Day holiday weekend. All my orders are being delayed with "order processing". They eventually do process thru but I am concerned with the delays of up to a full day or more on all orders. Never happened in all the years with ETSY. Did you find out why?
