Dec 31, 2016 · It'a not a all ragdoll cat thing. My aunt owns three and only her youngest will go limp for cuddles. Oddly enough the only way he likes to be held when I do manage to pick him up is on his back like a baby. He does kinda go limp (drops his head and all) the second his front paws are a inch off the ground and I have to grab his lower end quickly.

I called the shelter and they said to just give her time....it was from nerves. I then tried a different brand of cat food and after a few days, the diarrhea was gone. I do believe that any cat can have a reaction to a certain brand of food.
