May 5, 2017 · I have an Ecotec engine and loom out of a Vx supercharged and want to drop it in a vp. Can I use the vp loom and computer as I don't have the Vx computer. I also want to use the t5 as it is a vp manual car.

Jan 6, 2015 · I'm guessing you have a V6 running 808 currently? If so a super 6 on 808 woudl work well witht the right tune. If it's a fresh conversion going in the VS or VT super6 pcm and loom would be my pick. Gives you sequential injection which helps a lot on super6.

Oct 5, 2023 · Unfortunately we cannot modify the factory ECU for the VN-VR commodore at this time; a full custom dyno tune will be required to run an L67 safely. However, if a simpler conversion is desired, we recommend using a VS L67 or Ecotec loom and modifying that accordingly running alongside the VS L67 ECU or Ecotec ECU.

Jun 1, 2006 · You can run an ecotec off the VN ecu, the VS V6 manual computer is not the same as the VN-VR one (only in the V8 VS manual). If the normal T700 gearbox bolts straight on and I guess it should be just fine.
