4 days ago · The Brief Wallis Nader and Aaron Dunn, two of the three former staff members for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo had their charges related to a bid-rigging case dismissed. The third person, former chief of staff Alex Triantaphyliss, will appear in court on Feb. 6. All three were named in a felony criminal indictment related to a multi-million dollar bid-rigging scheme.

The motions to dismiss filed are pending a judge's signature. “This result speaks for itself. Their friends and colleagues know that Aaron and Wallis are people of integrity," Hidalgo wrote on X.
