The User GPO is linked to an OU containing the target users, and the Computer preferences is linked to an OU containing the target computers. After waiting 10 minutes, and then forcing a gpupdate RSOP now displays that the missing Computer preferences have now been applied. Subsequently, the printer has installed successfully.

Sep 24, 2015 · I've checked the rsop.msc as well as the power plan settings and they are all correctly set. I've also tried completely disabling the screen saver and it still goes to the lock screen after inactivity.
