Sep 20, 2006 · Even engine modifications have to work together. Bolt on a larger turbo, and your stock fuel injectors and fuel pump won't be able to keep up. Fix that, and the intercooler that was great for the stock turbo won't be able to handle the increased heat load. And so it goes also.. Do modifications incrementally.

Since it has nowhere to go, it will come out through the compressor housing spinning the compressor wheel the opposite direction which in turn gives that “stustustu” sound.

Feb 7, 2011 · Ive got a 03 wrx, 80K miles on it, and bone stock. Latly the engine seems to cut off under wideopen throttle, just around the 3-4K rpm mark. Basically, i cant get into boost, but it only happens sometimes.
