Forward head posture happens when your spine loses its healthy S-shape design, taking on the shape of a C-curve causing your head to weigh up to a 40lb bowling ball, putting stress and tension down the entire spine. In order to fix this, it starts at the hips and pelvis. By balancing out the pelvis, this will have a reaction up your spine dictating your upper body posture.
