Skillet Cookie: Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 8 in cast iron skillet, then add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix. Add vanilla and 1 egg. Mix. Add 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 t baking soda, and 1/2 t salt. Mix and spread out across the skillet. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 350 F. #homemade #baking #pazookie #castiron #skilletcookie
